Job Description:
Project Overview:
- Our client is an Automation Integrator working to incorporate robotics and automation technology for their clients in the Automotive industry.
- They require a Controls Engineerwith 5+ Years experience in fully design lifecycles for automation systems.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Implement and document controls systems for various types of automated equipment.
- Troubleshoot robot controllers, ladder logic, electrical control devices, mechanical units, transfer devices and peripheral equipment.
- Perform machine power up, debug and programming.
- Ensure equipment is designed and programmed to specifications using standard techniques and approach.
Experience/Education:
- BSEE or APPLICABLE EXPERIENCE (Degree is not required)
- ~5 years' Automation industry experience
Required:
- PLC and HMI experience
- Fanuc robot experience, RS Logix/Studio 5000
