Job Description:
  • We are seeking a forward-thinking Digital Manufacturing Specialist to join our team.
  • This role is ideal for a candidate with knowledge in digital manufacturing, supply chain management, and experience integrating PLM, ERP, and MES systems.
  • The candidate will be instrumental in transforming raw data into insightful digital systems, optimizing fabrication workflows, and developing system integrations to ensure efficient and seamless production processes.

Key Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop digital dashboards from raw data, ensuring that data is clean, accurate, and usable for decision-making and process optimization.
  • Analyze and improve fabrication workflows by identifying bottlenecks and implementing digital tools to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and streamline production processes.
  • Develop and implement system integrations to connect various manufacturing systems, enabling seamless data flow and real-time insights across different stages of production.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to continuously improve digital processes and workflows, ensuring alignment with overall production goals and objectives.
  • Work closely with fabrication engineers, IT, and production staff, to ensure successful implementation of digital systems and provide ongoing support.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital implementation, automation, or technology integration within a manufacturing environment.
  • Hands-on experience with the implementation and integration of digital tools in manufacturing environments.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-technology environment with an emphasis on innovation and continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with specific manufacturing software (e.G., SAP, Factory Logix, Aras Innovator, MES systems).
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
